Selecting Floors

Selecting Floors

Floor list

The main section lists all available floors in the project. Each floor is here prefixed with "PLAN" followed by a unique identifier, ensuring easy recognition.

Show All Toggle

Found adjacent to the search bar, this switch allows you to either display all floors at once or condense the view. Toggle it on to see all floors and off to simplify the display.

Objects with No Floor

At the bottom of the list, you'll notice an "Objects with No Floor" option. This section captures any elements in the BIM model that haven't been specifically assigned to a particular floor. Selecting this will enable you to view and inspect these unassigned elements.

Usage

  • To view a specific floor, simply click on its name.

  • If you wish to navigate between multiple floors simultaneously, toggle on the "Show All" option. This will display all floor components in the viewer, layered on top of one another.

  • Should you come across any element that seems out of place, it might be housed under the "Objects with No Floor" category. This is a good place to check for any anomalies in floor assignment.

Tips: Regularly check "Objects with No Floor" to ensure that all components of your BIM model are properly categorized.
