Printing Documents Directly from Projektstruktur
To print documents directly from Projektstruktur, the client software PS Batch Print is used. This software handles the printing locally on the user's end.
Prerequisites
Ensure that you have the PS Batch Print software installed on your computer before proceeding. The easiest way to check this is by navigating to the Windows "Start" menu and then searching for "PS Batch Print" under "All Programs".
Step-by-Step Guide to Printing from Projektstruktur
Navigate to the document library and locate the documents you intend to print.
Check the boxes next to these documents in the list.
Select the "Print" option from the "Files" tab in the ribbon area.
A new page will load, initiating the client software. If it's your first time printing, Internet Explorer might prompt you with a permission request to launch the client software.
Click on [Allow].
